Fountain Care at Sunset Hills is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team!

  • Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers

  • Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe care environment

Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate approach to resident care
