About the Role
We are hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Therapists also have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
  • Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
  • Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
  • Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work

  • Experience with telehealth or online therapy
  • Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions

  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
  • Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred
