Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated caseload of clients, emphasizing the establishment of rapport and fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards and maintaining boundaries.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with clients to assess their progress, ensure stability, and discuss next steps towards discharge when deemed appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and continuously review person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client encounter, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic approaches for new clients.

Qualifications
