Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated caseload of clients, emphasizing the establishment of rapport and fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards and maintaining boundaries.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with clients to assess their progress, ensure stability, and discuss next steps towards discharge when deemed appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and continuously review person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client encounter, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic approaches for new clients.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions throughout the week, adapting interventions based on client feedback and progress.
  • Engage in structured individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and receive ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Embrace a growth mindset and stay current on best practices in mental health counseling to continually enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LPC at Integro will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, structured under a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, eliminating waiting periods for reimbursement.
