Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPC) - Spanish Fort, AL
Full-Time Monday-Friday No Call Competitive Salary + Bonus
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Spanish Fort. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong referral base and consistent patient volume.
Position Highlights:
  • Full-time, outpatient-only role (Monday-Friday)
  • No call, no weekends
  • Established patient base with strong referral flow
  • Autonomy in clinical approach with administrative support
