Now Hiring: Clinical Mental Health Therapist — LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD

📍 Schaumburg, Lake in the Hills, and/or St. Charles, IL

Part-Time (1099) or Full-Time (Salary + Benefits)

We're a well-established group private practice with three locations across the northern Chicago suburbs. We see children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, offering individual, couples, family, and group counseling. While we offer telehealth, we value in-person care — this role is on-site. We're in-network with a growing list of insurance panels, and we're proud of the diverse expertise each clinician brings to our team!

What You'll Do

  • Conduct intake sessions and manage an ongoing client caseload
  • Full-Time: minimum 28 billable hours/week (or averaged quarterly), with remaining hours toward the 40-hour week spent on indirect work — meetings, networking, community engagement, trainings
  • Part-Time: minimum 15 billable hours/week (or averaged quarterly)
  • Manage your own schedule, appointments, and client notes
  • Maintain your Outlook email, phone/text extension, and EHR system
  • Attend and engage in team meetings
  • Take part in marketing and networking efforts
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team


What You'll Need

  • Active LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD license in Illinois
  • Availability in person at 1–2 of our locations
  • Part-Time: minimum 2-3 days/week | Full-Time: 4–5 days/week
  • A self-starter attitude and team-player mindset
  • Bonus: bilingual services and/or a CADC
