Job description

  • Provide outpatient therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care
  • Deliver clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with Alabama regulations
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners
  • Support clinician growth through mentorship, consultation, and professional development
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical consultations
  • Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision activities
  • Help make mental health care more accessible, compassionate, and human
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Alabama licensure as LPC-S, LMFT-S, or LICSW-S, or equivalent board-approved supervisor designation
  • Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and clinical documentation
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • Insurance panel credentialing preferred
  • Minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision activities
  • Must provide current licensure and board-approved supervisor status information in application
