Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LPC/LCDC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health and substance abuse counseling services to individuals seeking support and guidance. This role requires a professional who is adept at working with diverse populations, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional, mental, and substance use issues.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that are clear, concise, and tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, specifically related to substance use.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic methods and evidence-based practices for mental health and substance abuse treatment.
