Job description

To ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, safety, and store cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the store. Ensure Show standards are implemented and maintained both inside and outside the store.


  1. Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and co-workers.
  2. Gather and empty trash throughout the store as needed.
  3. Clean various cases and floor displays throughout the store.
  4. Clean up spills, sweep, and mop as needed.
  5. Maintain a neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation.
  6. Maintain and organize backroom supply areas.
  7. Maintain & clean all guest seating areas.
  8. Maintain & clean host breakroom.
  9. Maintain & clean restrooms.
  10. Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom area.
  11. Maintain a clean and visually appealing parking lot and store entrance.
  12. Clean doors, windows, glass, store fixtures, shelving, and racks as needed.
  13. Performs front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained.
  14. Communicates maintenance needs to store management.
  15. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
