Job description

Launch Your Career at Window Hero!

Join a team you'll enjoy working with. At Window Hero, we're competitive, positive, and hardworking. We enjoy being outside, staying active, and taking pride in what we do. We are a relational company. We value people as much as projects. Our lead technicians are trusted professionals—responsible for quality, customer experience, and helping grow the business.

Make an impact through service (and earn more doing it). Our customers trust us because we focus on quality and long-term relationships. With over 1,000 five-star Google reviews, we've built a reputation for doing things the right way. As a Lead Technician, you'll deliver great work and identify customer needs. When appropriate, you can earn commission on residential services by helping homeowners maintain their properties.

Role Overview: Low-Rise Lead Technician / Sales Technician

You will perform and lead low-rise exterior services for residential and commercial clients while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safe, efficient job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services
  • Lead and support team members on residential and commercial jobs
  • Communicate professionally with customers on-site
  • Identify additional service needs for residential customers (commission eligible)
  • Follow all safety procedures including ladder safety and fall protection
  • Ensure job quality, efficiency, and cleanliness
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
  • Complete basic job documentation and reporting

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay $18-$25 per hour + commission
  • Commission opportunities on residential sales
  • Paid safety training including ladder safety, fall protection, and jobsite best practices
  • Ongoing skills development and certification opportunities
  • High-quality tools, equipment, and PPE
  • Year-round work (commercial + residential mix)
  • Opportunity to advance into high-rise and rope access work for qualified team members
  • Growth path into Crew Leader, Supervisor, Sales, or Management
  • Strong team culture and supportive leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior services preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights (low-rise)
  • Sales mindset for residential work (we train—no pressure selling)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Grow your career with Window Hero. For team members interested in advancing, Window Hero offers additional training and career paths into high-rise and rope access work. Advancement is based on performance, safety, and leadership—not just time on the job. If you enjoy working outdoors, serving customers, and being rewarded for great work, we'd love to meet you.
