Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare food products following Chick-fil-A procedures and recipes
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
• Communicate product levels and kitchen needs proactively
• Restock stations and complete setup tasks before running low
• Follow proper holding times and waste procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all kitchen areas
• Complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities thoroughly
• Support teammates during rush periods with urgency and teamwork
• Receive coaching positively and apply feedback quickly
• Follow all Pathway, food safety, and operational procedures consistently
• Maintain awareness of order times, product quality, and kitchen flow
• Use equipment properly and safely at all times
• Maintain awareness to cleanliness of ALL floors, keeping them clean and dry

Health & Hygiene

Pests
