Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Perm (Program funded for 5 years)
Mode of Interview: Two Teams Interviews + Client Resume Review

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer / Low Code Senior Developer to support a long-term FAA program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Appian development, low-code platforms, BPM solutions, enterprise application integration, and software delivery methodologies. This role involves designing, developing, configuring, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications while collaborating with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.

  • Develop database designs and SQL queries to support application functionality.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and software development lifecycle activities.
  • Perform application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of developed applications.
  • Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer when required.
  • Support modernization and automation initiatives across FAA business units.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of related IT experience.
  • 3+ years of Appian development experience or comparable low-code platform experience.
  • Appian Certified Lead Developer Certification preferred.
  • .NET or SQL Server Certifications may be accepted in lieu of Appian certification.
  • Master''s Degree may substitute for 4 years of experience.
  • Must be eligible to pass FAA Public Trust clearance.
