Director, Boys Program w/ Austin Juniors Volleyball Club, LLC (Austin, TX). Act as coach & prog director for boys volleyball prog, incl planning tryouts, season & practice schedules; organizing & conducting training & practice sessions for boys volleyball team. Min req Bach deg in any field & 3 yrs of youth volleyball coaching & training exp. Exp must incl: performing volleyball program mgmt; providing strategic planning & operational advice to a competitive youth volleyball prog; mng & dvlpng volleyball progs, incl designing & executing clinics, camps, & training curricula; & serving as a parent liaison betwn the club & families for escalatns, incident mgmt, & conflict resolution. Exp wrking w/ USAV& its training progs. Remote work permissible 1-2 x/wk. Regular local trvl to Austin Sports Arenas in Cedar Park, TX 78613.
