Job description

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Lot Tech Manager to oversee and support our new and used vehicle lot operations. This role is perfect for someone who leads, by example, takes pride in organization, and enjoys mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all general lot technician duties, including vehicle organization, lot maintenance, and inventory management
  • Train, coach, and supervise lot technicians to ensure efficiency and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized lot at all times
  • Assist with vehicle movement, staging, and preparation for display or delivery
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

  • Outstanding driving record (required)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation:

  • Pay based on experience: $19.00–$23.00 per hour (starting range)
