THE JOB:

As an Automotive Sales Lot Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a strong first impression by ensuring our vehicles and sales lot are organized, presentable, and customer-ready. By taking ownership of inventory flow and lot appearance, you’ll help deliver a seamless and professional experience for both customers and team members. THE WAGE:

$16.00/hr

Hiring Bonus:
$1,000 total

  • $500 after 90 days
  • $500 after 180 days
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Control the flow of vehicles on the lot, including inventory management, logging new arrivals, and updating vehicle status in the fleet computer system
  • Maintain lot merchandising standards by ensuring vehicles are frontline ready with correct pricing stickers, buyer’s guides, and frame plates
  • Park, align, and organize vehicles to maintain a clean, professional, and presentable sales lot
  • Manage the back-overflow lot and assist with shuttling vehicles to vendors, supporting dealer trades, and picking up customers as needed
  • Assist with maintaining fuel logs, filing reports, and completing additional reports requested by the Location Manager
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work any assigned shift based on operational needs
  • Internal candidates must have completed their probationary period with excellent attendance and performance
