Job description

Courtesy Kia is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain vehicle inventory and dealership lot presentation. This role ensures vehicles are clean, organized, and positioned to support sales operations and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain interior and exterior vehicle appearance
  • Place buyer guides, stock tags, and required materials in vehicles
  • Organize and maintain lot according to dealership standards
  • Move and stage vehicles as directed by management
  • Create and manage vehicle key tags and inventory records
  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles between locations

Essential Functions:

  • Standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods
  • Driving and parking vehicles safely on the lot
  • Performing repetitive tasks such as cleaning and organizing
  • Lifting and handling materials (light to moderate weight)
  • Working in varying weather conditions

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently

Preferred:

  • Previous dealership or lot experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
