Their duties include assisting customers with loading purchases, collecting shopping carts, keeping the parking lot clean and safe, and sometimes helping with inventory or deliveries. Lot Associates play an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing helpful service and maintaining the store’s exterior. They often work outdoors in varying weather conditions and need to be physically able to lift and move heavy items. Good communication and customer service skills are essential for this position.
