Job description

We are seeking a Security Guard/Loss Prevention to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing procedures and systems to prevent merchandise loss.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol premises to detect and locate suspected shoplifters
  • Safely recover assets and make apprehensions
  • Identify issues of operational errors and policy violations
  • Conduct routine audits and inspections
  • Investigate and resolve various fraud and theft cases
  • Assist in the development of policies and systems for safeguarding assets

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with retail security equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
