To thrive as a Loss Control Report Reviewer, you need a strong background in insurance, risk assessment, and analytical skills, often supported by relevant bachelor's degree or professional experience. Familiarity with industry-standard reporting software, risk management databases, and, in some cases, certifications such as Associate in Risk Management (ARM) is highly beneficial. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective written communication are key soft skills for excelling in this position.
