Overview

TripleLift is looking for a Commerce Media Account Executive to join our Demand Sales team.

This role is responsible for turning our highest-priority business initiatives into measurable go-to-market programs. You will work across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Finance, Partnerships, Design, and Events to build campaigns that drive account engagement, sales activation, product adoption, and pipeline impact.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is both strategic and operational. You should be comfortable building a campaign strategy, managing a cross-functional launch, aligning with Sales, working through RevOps requirements, reviewing performance data, and improving the next motion.

You will help ensure that marketing is not just creating activity, but creating measurable revenue impact.

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Demand Generation & Ecosystem Partnerships
  • Omnichannel & RMN Alignment: Partner on senior-level Retail relationships across dedicated retail DSPs, commerce-focused holding company agencies, and brands, acting as the primary retail owner and resource at TripleLift.
  • Co-Op & Shopper Budget Capture: Educate and convert shopper marketing, co-op, and brand teams to adopt premium, high-impact CTV and digital formats.
  • Seller Acceleration: Partner with core TripleLift sellers to accelerate retail relationships within the existing sales organization and facilitate retail prospecting efforts.
Creative Curation & Package Architecture
  • Building Commerce PMPs: Oversee the creation and optimization of high-value Retail Marketplaces with retail DSPs and custom Deal IDs.
  • Creative-First Differentiation: Position TripleLift's custom, non-standard creative services as the primary vehicle to activate a retailer's first-party data, proving that premium formats drive higher impact within brand strategy.
  • TripleLift Curation: Advise clients and sellers on how TripleLift uses privacy-safe contextual signals and agentic capabilities (TL Spark) to future-proof retail solutions, and drive offsite impact.
Pipeline, Strategy, and RevOps Alignment
  • Pipeline Management: Drive the retail sales pipeline, managing forecasting and revenue attribution in partnership with RevOps.
  • Executive Reporting: Own all internal and external executive retail media reporting, providing data-backed spend tracking and performance proof.
  • Commercial Scaling: Collaborate with the Preferred Partnerships team to embed tailored retail growth strategies, tiered incentives, and commercial motions into enterprise contract negotiations.
Enablement, GTM, and Voice of Customer
  • Product Evangelism: Act as the ultimate product expert for TripleLift's retail capabilities, managing ongoing education, empowerment, and training for internal and external teams.
  • GTM & Case Study Development: Assist in maintaining, improving, and scaling TripleLift's retail GTM strategy. Capture client feedback, build measurement-backed case studies, and deploy scalable retail playbooks.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Partner directly with the publisher, partnerships, and product teams to champion the "voice of the customer," ensuring that our roadmap reflects commercial and customer needs.
Education & Requirements
  • Bachelors degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at a Retail Media Network (RMN) or a combination of RMN partnerships and programmatic sales.
