Job description

The Chattanooga Lookouts are seeking a Creative Services Manager to lead the organization's graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling efforts. This role is ideal for a design-forward creative with experience producing high-quality graphics for a variety of mediums. The Creative Services Manager will play an essential role in shaping the Lookouts' brand identity, supporting marketing initiatives, and elevating the fan experience at Erlanger Park.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and produce all graphics and collateral for Erlanger Park, including, but not limited to, sales collateral, signage, promotional items, merchandise, digital and print advertisements, social media graphics and in-stadium graphics.
  • Partner with the production and entertainment team responsible for bringing the Lookouts brand to life through integrated strategies across multiple platforms including digital and social media, advertising, promotions, and live events.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure the Lookouts brand is properly represented in all internal and external uses, including email, print, digital, advertising, and in-stadium.
  • Oversee creation and execution of brand guidelines and style guides.
  • Prioritize workload and produce deliverables in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with each department to ensure graphics needs are met.
  • Find creative ways to leverage the Lookouts brand through graphics to drive ticket sales.
  • Be able to handle a fast-paced work environment, with long hours, for Lookouts games and additional Lookouts events.
  • Constantly develop skills and explore new creative techniques.
  • Communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations in the ballpark.
  • Pull tarp and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum of promotions or entertainment experience with a sports team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a base salary plus commissions. 401 K Plan and Health Benefits are also available.
The applicant should be a self-motivator who thrives in a team environment; possesses good analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to communicate clearly and resolve guest conflicts; goal oriented; quick learner; proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
