Optometrist
Clear Vision Eye Center is currently hiring for a state-licensed Optometrist. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a licensed Optometrist and a background in treating ocular disorders and conditions, LASIK evaluations, and a variety of postoperative care. We are looking for an Optometrist who is looking to practice full-scope optometry at a high volume eye care center. A variety of work environments are available including medical ophthalmology, preoperative and postoperative examinations, retail optometry and corporate eye screenings.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Provide outpatient care for patients with eye-related disorders and conditions

Conduct routine eye examinations, including optos fundus photography
Contact lens exams
Utilize Electronic Medical Records System (NexTech)
Preoperative and postoperative exams for LASIK, Cataract Surgery, YAGs, SLTs, etc.
Take detailed medical histories for all patients, including current and past prescription medications
Prescribe corrective lenses when required
Qualifications:

State issued license for optometry and O.D.

1 years experience working as an optometrist
Advanced time management skills
Understanding and knowledge of billing and correct coding
