  • Guaranteed 8 hours per day
  • 7 to 14 shifts per month minimum
  • Coverage 1 to 2 weeks per month
  • Weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend beeper call
  • Call response time 20-30 minutes
  • Weekend availability required
  • Overtime after 12 hours with pre-approval
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
