THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Remedy Specialist, you are the first impression, trusted guide, and lasting memory of the Remedy Place experience. You are equal parts delivering luxury hospitality wellness educator, relationship builder, and helping guest select their individualized self-care routine
You help guests understand the purpose, benefits, and science behind our services, guide them through the club with confidence, and recommend experiences, memberships, and packages that align with their goals, lifestyle, and self-care routines.
You understand that exceptional hospitality is not simply answering questions. It is anticipating needs, making people feel genuinely seen, and creating moments guests remember long after they leave. You are available to work weekends.
Whether introducing someone to contrast therapy for the first time, welcoming a long-time member by name, leading a thoughtful tour, or helping a guest build a more consistent self-care routine, your goal is always the same:

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver Exceptional Hospitality
  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
  • Create memorable first and last impressions at every visit
  • Manage reservations, arrivals, departures, and scheduling with precision
  • Lead personalized tours that bring the Remedy Place experience to life
  • Build authentic relationships with members and guests through thoughtful, personalized service
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in person, by phone, text, and email
  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy, confidence, and sound judgment

Guide the Guest Experience
  • Learn the science, purpose, and benefits of every Remedy Place offering through ongoing education
  • Help guests discover services that align with their wellness goals
  • Confidently explain memberships, treatments, retail offerings, and club experiences within your training and scope
  • Stay curious about emerging trends in recovery, longevity, and holistic wellness
  • Inspire confidence without ever practicing outside your expertise

Drive Membership Growth
Our approach to sales is built on trust, not pressure.
You will:
  • Build meaningful relationships that naturally lead to membership and service recommendations
  • Listen first and recommend thoughtfully
  • Educate rather than persuade
  • Help guests discover the value of becoming part of the Remedy Place community
  • Contribute to club goals through memberships, services, retail, and food & beverage

Support Club Operations
  • Maintain impeccable club presentation and cleanliness
  • Partner closely with practitioners and club leadership to create seamless guest experiences
  • Prepare treatment areas and support service transitions
  • Assist with events, workshops, and community experiences
  • Receive deliveries, replenish inventory, and maintain operational standards
  • Jump in wherever needed. No task is beneath you if it improves the guest experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Stand and walk throughout shifts
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Bend, kneel, squat, and assist with operational needs

COMPENSATION:
$18 - $22.00 Hourly
