Job description

Position Summary:

Medivant Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to support the growth of our Health & Longevity division. The ideal candidate will be based in Phoenix, Arizona, and will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with health and longevity clinics, functional medicine practices, and integrative medicine providers across multiple high-priority markets.

The territory will include coverage across:

  • Phoenix, Arizona (home base)
  • Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin, Texas
  • Atlanta, Georgia
  • Alabama
  • Tennessee
  • South Carolina
  • Tampa and broader Florida markets, including Central Florida, Southwest Florida, and the Gulf Coast region

This is a highly field-focused role requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial sales professional who can build new business, establish strategic relationships, and drive product adoption within the functional medicine and hormone optimization community.

Travel Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable with extensive travel. This position requires travel for approximately three weeks per month (up to 75% travel) across assigned territories. The successful candidate should be willing and able to spend significant time visiting customers, attending conferences, conducting in-person meetings, and developing new business opportunities throughout the assigned markets.

Products You Will Sell:

  • Andrela™
  • A 503B CGMP-manufactured microdose testosterone cypionate prefilled syringe. Available in 1.25, 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10mg strengths in MCT oil carrier, USP Type I glass syringe, 12-month BUD, SubQ administration. DEA Schedule III.
  • Andrenyx™
  • A 503B CGMP-manufactured testosterone cypionate prefilled syringe in higher dose strengths (50, 75, 100mg) for standard hormone optimization protocols. Same format, same quality standard. DEA Schedule III.
  • Peptides (Pipeline)
  • Compounded peptide therapies targeting the same health and longevity prescriber base. Launching in fall 2026 the Southeast territory will be a priority market for this expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a territory across the territories defined targeting health and longevity clinics, functional medicine practices, and integrative medicine providers.
  • Conduct in-person office visits to introduce Medivant’s product portfolio, qualify accounts, and drive initial orders.
  • Identify and prioritize innovator-segment physicians: A4M-affiliated providers, IFM-trained practitioners, Biote-certified clinics, and independent cash-pay longevity practices.
  • On board the accounts so they can order from Medivant.
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through account activation, first order, and ongoing reorder management.
  • Coordinate handoffs with the inside sales for follow on sales.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all account interactions, pipeline status, and conversion activity.
  • Attend relevant regional and national conferences (A4M, IFM, PCCA, NCPA) as needed.
  • Report directly to the VP of Sales.

Qualifications Required

  • 5+ years of field sales experience preferably in pharma or compounding.
  • Existing relationships in the functional medicine, hormone therapy, or longevity clinic space in Texas — you should know this prescriber community.
  • Comfort selling DEA Schedule III controlled substances, including understanding of regulatory obligations and compliant promotion.
  • Ability to navigate cash-pay, independent practice environments — you are not calling on large hospital systems.
  • Track record of building new territories or opening new accounts from scratch, not just managing inherited books.
  • Strong clinical fluency: you can hold a credible conversation with a physician about injectable testosterone protocols, dosing formats, and compounding quality standards.
  • Based in Phoenix, AZ. Significant travel across the territory (50–60%).

Strongly Preferred

  • Prior experience selling for a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy, Biote, Evexias, or a similar hormone therapy company.
  • Existing network of A4M or IFM-affiliated physicians in Atlanta, Charlotte, or Nashville.
  • Familiarity with peptide therapies and the broader optimization medicine landscape.
  • Experience selling to NPs and PAs in independent practice settings.
  • DEA-licensed account management experience.

Why This Role, Why Now

  • The health and longevity market is growing fast and the injectable testosterone category for optimization medicine is largely unstructured. There is no dominant field sales player. No established rep calling on your target accounts with a pharma-grade prefilled syringe. This is a window and it is closing.
  • If you have the right relationships and the drive to build something from scratch, this territory will grow with you. We are not looking for someone to execute a playbook. We are looking for someone to help write it.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Base salary $75,000–$80,000 depending on experience. On-target earnings of $130,000–$150,000 with uncapped commission above target.
  • Uncapped sales commission tied to territory revenue
  • Car allowance or mileage reimbursement as per IRS rules
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Company-provided sales materials, samples, and CRM tools
