Longevity information

What is a longevity?

A Longevity job typically refers to a role focused on extending human lifespan and healthspan through scientific research, healthcare innovations, or lifestyle interventions. Professionals in this field may work in biotechnology, medicine, nutrition, or wellness, aiming to slow aging and prevent age-related diseases. These jobs often involve cutting-edge advancements in genetics, AI, regenerative medicine, and preventative healthcare.

What are the typical responsibilities of a longevity specialist in a workplace or consulting setting?

Longevity Specialists often conduct personalized assessments of clients' health, lifestyle habits, and risk factors, then develop and monitor custom wellness plans to promote long-term vitality. They collaborate closely with other health professionals, such as nutritionists and fitness coaches, to provide a holistic approach to well-being. Daily tasks may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group wellness workshops, and ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to impact clients’ quality of life while working in diverse environments like wellness centers, corporate health programs, or private consultancy.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the longevity position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a Longevity Specialist role, you need a strong background in biology, nutrition, or health sciences, often complemented by relevant certifications in wellness or gerontology. Experience with health assessment tools, biometric monitoring devices, and wellness program platforms is commonly required. Excellent interpersonal skills, motivational abilities, and a client-centered approach distinguish top performers in this field. These competencies enable Longevity Specialists to effectively guide individuals or groups toward sustainable healthier lifestyles and improved long-term well-being.

As a 100% self-pay practice, we are entirely free from the exhausting limitations of insurance-driven care models. Our providers enjoy the time, autonomy, and freedom to build meaningful patient relationships and deliver thoughtful, individualized treatment rather than rushed, volume-based visits.

The Lifestyle Perks

Predictable Schedule: Consistent weekday office hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

True Work-Life Balance: Flex between a 24 to 30-hour work week (open to part-time or full-time arrangements).

Zero Burnout: Absolutely no nights, no weekends, and no on-call requirements.

Premium Compensation: $55.00 to $65.00 hourly starting pay based on experience, plus bonus opportunities

Timeline: Target start date is late September / early October 2026.

What You’ll Do

Deliver Cutting-Edge Care: Guide highly personalized wellness plans utilizing advanced laboratory testing, HRT, peptide therapies, and injury recovery protocols.

Perform Clinical Procedures: Conduct in-clinic treatments, perform basic blood draws, and execute specialized wellness protocols under the supervision of our Medical Director.

Build Relationships: Dedicate real time to patient education, tracking outcomes, and helping clients reach their long-term health and performance goals.

Maintain Smooth Operations: Keep accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes) in an organized, low-stress environment.

Required Qualifications

Active Licensure: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) / Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Arizona. Current DEA license or ability to obtain DEA.

Credentials: Active national certification (e.g., FNP, AGPCNP, or adult-focused specializations).

Skillset: High professional competence, strong communication skills, and comfort performing standard clinical procedures.

Preferred Experience

If you do not have these skills but possess a passion for longevity medicine, we encourage you to apply:

Injections & Aesthetics: Experience or comfort with PRP injections (musculoskeletal/joint, facial, hair restoration) or facial aesthetics (Botox/neuromodulators, microneedling).

Hormone Therapy: Background with Hormone Pellet Procedures or standard HRT/peptide therapy protocols.

Passion Project: A genuine personal or professional interest in wellness, preventative longevity, and regenerative medicine.
