The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys hands-on work, and understands that the details matter.
You’ll fabricate, assemble, and repair ductwork and sheet metal products using a variety of tools and equipment. You’ll work from measurements and specifications to create accurate, quality products that meet our customers’ needs.
You’ll also have the opportunity to support other areas of the branch, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory.

What You’ll Do
Build It Right
Fabricate, assemble, and repair ductwork and sheet metal products
Measure, mark, drill, cut, and assemble components to required specifications
Operate hand and power tools and fabrication equipment, including shears, brake presses, and roll formers
Select appropriate materials and accurately lay out and align components
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and proper fit
Follow established fabrication procedures and quality standards
Identify and report issues that could affect the quality or fit of finished products
Keep the Branch Moving
Pick, stage, and verify customer and branch orders
Support shipping, receiving, transfers, and order fulfillment
Receive and check incoming merchandise for accuracy
Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations
Load and secure products safely
Complete bills of lading and other shipping documentation accurately
Label products and orders correctly
Assist with physical inventory counts and merchandise handling
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
Work Safely and as a Team
Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe lifting practices
Complete equipment safety checks and report unsafe conditions or incidents
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Use company systems for routine data entry, communication, and workflow activities
Be willing to jump in and support the team as business needs change
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in fabrication, sheet metal, HVAC, warehousing, construction, manufacturing, or a related field
Comfortable working with hand tools, equipment, and measurements
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Basic math skills and the ability to work with measurements accurately
Strong work ethic and commitment to working safely
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable learning new tools, equipment, systems, and processes
Willingness to take on a variety of fabrication and warehouse responsibilities

Physical Demands amp; Work Environment
This position requires up to 40+ hours per week and includes routine physical activity such as:
Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs., with occasional lifts up to 100 lbs.
Operating forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily).
Regular bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
Occasional pushing/pulling of loads up to 300 lbs.
Prolonged use of hands, arms, and feet for equipment operation.
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
