94,200 - 115,200

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) conseiller.ere principal.e, Indemnisation, Lignes Specialisees (FinPro+) qui jouera un role essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance au sein de l'equipe Indemnisation de l'assurance specialisee.

Il se peut que le poste soit converti en conseiller.ere, Indemnisation selon l'experience des candidats ou candidates.

A titre de conseiller,ere principal.e, Indemnisation - FINPRO+ (Quebec), vous jouerez un role strategique dans la gestion de reclamations complexes en responsabilite professionnelle (E&O), responsabilite des administrateurs et dirigeants (D&O), en crime financier et risques cyber.

Vous etes passionne(e) par le litige, la negociation et la resolution de differends complexes?

Que vous uvriez actuellement en assurance, en gestion de reclamations, dans un environnement juridique ou dans un role impliquant la gestion de dossiers litigieux, cette opportunite vous permettra de mettre a profit votre expertise dans un contexte stimulant et specialise.

Vous demeurerez au cur de dossiers complexes et collaborerez etroitement avec des avocats specialises, participerez aux reflexions strategiques entourant les dossiers, prendrez part aux mediations et aux negociations et contribuerez activement aux decisions qui orientent leur evolution. Vous serez implique(e) dans l'ensemble du cycle de vie des dossiers, tout en beneficiant d'une perspective unique sur le processus de reglement des differends.

Vous joindrez egalement une equipe specialisee en forte croissance, reconnue pour la qualite de son expertise et offrant d'excellentes possibilites de developpement professionnel et d'avancement au sein de l'organisation.

Lieu de travail : Montreal (2020 boul. Robert-Bourassa), Laval (600 rue Lucien-Paiement), St-Hyacinthe (2450 rue Girouard O) ou Quebec (5700 boul. des Galeries).

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Effectuer des analyses de couverture complexes et formuler vos conclusions par l'entremise de lettres de couvertures bien etayees

  • Gerer des reclamations complexes en responsabilite professionnelle (E&O), responsabilite des administrateurs et dirigeants (D&O), risques cyber et crime financier.

  • Collaborer etroitement avec les avocats mandates et contribuer activement a l'elaboration des strategies de defense et de reglement.

  • Participer aux mediations, conferences de reglement et autres modes alternatifs de resolution des differends.

  • Negocier directement avec les tiers, leurs representants et les differentes parties impliquees afin de favoriser des reglements efficaces lorsque cela est approprie.

  • Evaluer les risques juridiques, financiers et reputationnels associes aux reclamations afin d'orienter les decisions strategiques.

  • Exercer un role cle dans l'orientation des dossiers litigieux et assurer le suivi de leur evolution jusqu'a leur resolution.

  • Etablir les reserves appropriees et assurer un suivi rigoureux des couts lies aux dossiers.

  • Offrir un service de haute qualite aux assures, courtiers et autres partenaires d'affaires.

  • Contribuer au partage des connaissances et au developpement continu de l'expertise au sein de l'equipe.

Profil recherche :

  • Interet marque pour le litige, la negociation et la resolution de differends complexes.

  • Solides aptitudes d'analyse, d'interpretation contractuelle et de redaction

  • Capacite a analyser des situations comportant des enjeux juridiques, financiers et reputationnels importants.

  • Aisance a negocier avec des tiers et a rechercher des solutions pragmatiques avant ou pendant le processus judiciaire.

  • Habilete a exercer son jugement dans des dossiers complexes necessitant une approche strategique.

  • Capacite a collaborer efficacement avec divers intervenants, incluant assures, courtiers, avocats externes et experts specialises.

  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication et de gestion des relations dans un contexte ou les enjeux peuvent etre sensibles ou litigieux.

  • Forte capacite d'analyse, d'organisation et de prise de decision.

  • Esprit d'equipe et volonte de contribuer a un environnement collaboratif.

Ce que vous mettez a profit :

  • Diplome d'etude collegiale (DEC) et/ou formation equivalente ou jugee pertinente.

  • DEC en assurance/ PAA (un atout).

  • Baccalaureat en droit (un atout).

  • Experience de 3 a 5 ans en gestion de reclamations complexes, en assurance, en litige, en responsabilite professionnelle, en gestion des risques ou dans un environnement connexe.

  • Detenir un permis 5a valide aupres de l'AMF*

  • Experience de 3 a 5 ans a titre d'expert en sinistre E&O D&O ou experience equivalente.

  • Bilinguisme (francais / anglais) - Necessite de traiter des dossiers de reclamations d'une clientele anglophone sur une base reguliere.

* Les candidats retenus qui ne detiennent pas actuellement ce permis devront s'engager a l'obtenir dans les 3 mois suivant leur entree en fonction.
