Our Long-Term Care and Rehab Company is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated Corporate Healthcare Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing financial operations for a long-term care organization dedicated to providing exceptional care for our residents. Key Responsibilities of Corporate Accountant

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries.

  • Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accounting standards.

  • Support audits and provide accurate financial documentation.

  • Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that guide decision-making.

Qualifications for Corporate Accountant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred).

  • CPA or progress toward CPA a plus.

  • 2+ years of accounting experience (healthcare or long-term care preferred).

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and healthcare reimbursement structures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
