The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle freight safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a 26 ft. box truck safely and efficiently for local and long-distance deliveries.
  • Transport goods to customer locations throughout Houston and other states.
  • Load and unload cargo while ensuring products are secured properly during transit.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and required paperwork.
  • Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
