What You'll Do

  • Provide mobile ultrasound exams at various facilities including nursing homes, home care agencies, and processing sites across the Omaha region
  • Unload portable sonography equipment and perform imaging following physician's orders
  • Digitally transmit images to radiologists for interpretation
  • Verify patient identity using two identifiers before performing exams
  • Ensure documentation of exams and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate professionally with facility staff and dispatch teams
  • Maintain and troubleshoot sonographic equipment and vehicle
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and ethical standards
  • Support and train other technologists as needed
  • Follow all safety, confidentiality, and professional guidelines

What You Need

  • Valid state Sonographer license and national certification (RDCS, RVT, or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of sonography experience
