Automotive Detailers/Car Washers Dover, DE

Burton Auto Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Automotive Detaliers for Dover, DE.  If you have a passion for cars, an eye for detail, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.   • Both Full and Part Time Positions Available

Essential functions include, but not limited to:

  • Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior 
  • Ensure all work meets customer and organizational needs with highest standards
  • Apply polishing, waxing, and protective coatings to enhance the appearance of the vehicles
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces
  • Clean and dress tires, wheels, and exterior trim to maintain a polished look
  • Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and effectively
  • Inspect vehicles for any damages, defects, or necessary repairs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned 

Requirments:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Prior experience in car detailing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Good physical stamina, able to stand and/or walk for long periods and maneuver effectively aroud property
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and/or twist frequently
  • Knowledge of different cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in car detailing
  • Excellent time managment skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Be able to read and understand product safe use and handeling
