Business Development Manager - Defense Sales

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our defense product line, building strategic relationships, and driving sales growth within designated U.S. regions. Your expertise will help ensure our innovative protective technologies reach key military and defense clients, supporting those who serve and protecting the American workforce. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales acumen and defense industry knowledge to make a meaningful impact across the country.
Sales Region:MT, WY, CO, NM, ID, UT, AZ, NV, WA, CA, HI, AK (must reside in one of these states)
Salary: $100-125K plus bonus

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of five years of regional sales management experience, with at least two years selling to military or defense sectors preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in a designated territory
  • Strong relationship-building skills with distribution partners, end users, and key decision makers
