Job description

Under the supervision of the Foxwoods Rewards Shift Manager, the Marketing Rewards Rep is the face of the Foxwoods Resort Casino experience. This role focuses on driving brand loyalty by enrolling new club members, accurate redemption of promotional coupons and programs while providing excellent customer service to internal and external guests. Provides a welcome reception to all guests arriving by bus or car and extends information on schedules, attractions, promotions, and events to ensure a pleasant experience. Provides information on the property and promotional events along with registering and assisting players at the Rewards Desk and VIP Player’s Lounge. High school diploma or GED; one (1) year of customer service experience required. Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25lbs. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours. Must possess high-end customer service skills and basic computer skills with the ability to learn departmental computer programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Must adhere to the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
•Responsible for the enrollment of new club members and other related gaming club members and other gaming club promotions.
•Processes and ensures accurate redemption of promotional coupons and programs.
•Functions as a cashier for sales and coupon redemption programs.
•Responsible for reconciliation of daily paperwork in conjunction with existing programs.
•Delivers an enthusiastic and pleasant speech to arriving coach guests using the bus PA system.
•Completes appropriate paperwork, collecting passenger tickets and issuing the correct bonus coupons to each guest, bus driver and group leader along with monitoring bus activity and gates.

•Answers guest inquiries regarding all aspects of Foxwoods operations, including but not limited to; entertainment, hotels promotions, restaurants, gaming, travel etc.
•Distributes promotional material including giveaways, promotional collateral and sweepstakes entries.
•Responsible for the distribution of monthly gifts to patrons which may require opening and lifting of shipping boxes.
•Greets select busses and records arriving passengers in CAMS.
•Interfaces with necessary departments and communicates all policy and marketing-related programs to customers.
•Responds to customer complaints and promotes positive guest relations.
•Responds to telephone inquiries relating to programs/promotions.
•Responsible for the establishment of patron PIN.
•Assists with the Slot Tournaments, drawings, and sweepstakes and any other promotional programs assigned.
•Required to work entrance to all our VIP Player’s Lounges. Greeting guest, Lounge Registration along with table identification and seating direction.
•Assists with Promotional Kiosk and Enrollment Kiosk Management.
•Required to work registration of all special events.
•Required to become proficient with the department specific computer programs.
•Books hotel, show, dinner and limousine and special events reservations with the use of department specific computer programs as deemed appropriate with their level of authorization.

•Required to work entrance to all of our VIP player lounges. Greeting guests, Lounge Registration along with table identification and seating direction.
•Assists with Promotional Kiosk and Enrollment Kiosk Management.
•Required to work registration at all special events.
•Required to host the daily slot tournaments (use of microphone maybe required); announces and distributes gifts to winners.
•Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
•Maintains a clean, safe, hazard free work environment within area of responsibility.
•Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
•High school diploma or GED preferred; one (1) year of customer service experience required.
Qualifications

•Must have the ability to assimilate information quickly and multitask.
•Must possess high end customer service skills and basic computer skills with the ability to learn departmental computer programs and type 15-20 words per minute.

•Must be willing to work in high traffic areas, maintains confidence, composure, and crowd control as needed.
