Job description

School Bus Driver

The position requires the licensing and driving of a yellow school bus. A class B CDL and School Bus Permit must be obtained and maintained for the fullfillment of the position. Candidates who do not already possess a valid school bus permit and/or CDL will be considered as long as the candidate meets the prerequisite requirements of the Illinois Secretary of State for a school bus permit and CDL license: Minimum Age: 21 years old, clean driving record, ability to pass physical and drug test. The work day for this position is 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. following the regular school year calendar.
