Hospitality Coordinator


Overview:

London Jewelers is a premier jewelry business, family owned and operated for 100 years. We continue to set the standard for quality and service in providing customers with the finest selection of diamonds, designer jewelry, fine timepieces and giftware, that has adorned the most prestigious collections and graced the most elegant occasions.

From its humble beginnings in Glen Cove in 1926 to becoming a beacon of luxury and throughout 4 generations, London Jewelers has consistently pushed the boundaries of service excellence and expertise, being recognized as a premier destination, and an authorized retailer of internationally renowned brands.

We are seeking a Hospitality Coordinator in our Luxury Boutique


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing department in managing logistics before, during, and after events
  • Attend all scheduled onsite and offsite events
  • Ensure bar is stocked including – drinks, tools and supplies
  • Support in the Americana Manhasset when needed
  • Responsible for ordering and replenishing hospitality supplies (e.g. water, coffee, drinks, food)
  • Oversee the flow of service with the caterers and servers
  • Help in preparing gifts and goody bags for events
  • Assist in personalized clienteling to uphold standards and for white glove hospitality to be delivered daily
  • Partake in maintaining a pristine store environment


Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience in hospitality and/or event planning
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow direction independently
