Position Overview

We Can Move It Logistics is seeking experienced, revenue-producing Freight Brokers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will bring an established book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of moving freight efficiently and profitably. This role is suited for high-performing brokers who want the backing of a reliable, supportive logistics team while maintaining the freedom to grow their own portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand an existing book of business with both shippers and carriers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships within your customer and carrier networks
  • Source, negotiate, and secure freight opportunities daily
  • Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
  • Monitor active loads and proactively communicate updates
  • Grow and maintain a dependable carrier base
  • Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and communication logs
  • Quickly resolve transit issues to maintain service integrity
  • Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed monthly sales and margin targets

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Freight Broker with an active book of business
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience using load boards, TMS platforms, and freight-matching tools
