As a Logistics Account Manager, youโ€™ll take ownership of the entire sales process โ€” from prospecting and pricing to relationship management and account growth. Youโ€™ll have the tools, technology, and team support to deliver exceptional logistics solutions that move our customers forward.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Develop and grow new business through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and strong relationship building.
  • Manage the full sales cycle โ€” from pricing and quoting to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, pricing, and credit teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain consistent communication and documentation through our CRM system.
  • Analyze customer needs and create tailored logistics solutions to maximize profitability and service quality.
  • Manage and nurture assigned accounts to increase revenue and long-term success.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or transportation preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and drive business growth.

Compensation
  • Commission-based
    • 15% of Gross Profit on brokered freight for new accounts

  • Full-time position | Average 40 hours per week | Minimal travel (under 10%)
