While this position generally follows a schedule of <strong>Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT</strong>, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams.</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Salary:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> $65,400 – $</span>81,750<span data-contrast="auto"> per year</span></p> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and evaluate effective onboarding, upskilling, and compliance training&nbsp;programs aligned with organizational goals</li> <li>Coordinate and deliver training for new hires and re-training for existing team members to ensure SOPs are followed and observed</li> <li>Participate in new hire orientation, reinforcing workplace safety methods and introducing company processes, and performance expectations</li> <li>Manage all instructor-led training and facilitate new hire roundtables and train-the-trainer sessions</li> <li>Develop and distribute surveys, interviews, and questionnaires; facilitate the creation of interactive training content and assessments</li> <li>Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across departments</li> <li>Lead collaborative meetings with leadership to determine training needs and develop an administration process</li> <li>Contribute recommendations for continuous learning and development needs; identify enhancements to current training curriculum to generate higher productivity, accuracy and safety</li> <li>Crosstrain in various fulfillment center departments to perform multiple distribution-related functions and ensure well-rounded program design</li> <li>Develop and maintain training documentation and records to track training compliance and implementation of best practices</li> <li>Ensure all training materials, SOPs, and online resources are accurate and up-to-date</li> <li>Monitor and track employee progress throughout the training lifecycle; analyze feedback and measure the effectiveness of training modules</li> <li>Lead informational meetings to prepare and educate team members on new processes and procedures</li> <li>Address all personnel and performance-related incidents that arise immediately</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures to align on communication and best practices</li> <li>Attend and participate in site Leadership meetings</li> <li>Lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace at all times</li> </ul> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Requirements</strong><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li> <li>2-4 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or a supervisory/leadership role in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment</li> <li>Proven experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring&nbsp;adherence to productivity and quality standards</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop associates to achieve departmental goals</li> <li>Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and standard operating procedures</li> <li>Strong understanding of safety practices and ability to promote a safe and compliant work environment</li> <li>Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain, and logistics concepts</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel)</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and time management skills;
