Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a Product Support / Logistic Support- Journeyman to work in an onsite capacity, with 5 days onsite at our Orlando, FL customer office. Position Responsibilities: * Supporting development and execution of enterprise product support strategies; sustainment and transition planning; and logistics processes aligned with Project Lead TADSS Support Operations objectives. * The role supports analysis and documentation of supportability requirements, sustainment metrics, and lifecycle considerations for enterprise systems, applications, and integrated capabilities. * Additional duties include supporting configuration and asset tracking (where applicable); coordinating logistics and sustainment inputs to acquisition and integration documentation (e.g., SOWs, PWSs, CDRLs); supporting deployment, transition, and operational support activities; and tracking sustainment performance and service-level metrics. * The Product Support / Logistics Specialist assists with data gathering, analysis, and reporting to assess readiness, efficiency, and effectiveness of enterprise support processes. * The role works closely with program managers, systems engineers, test teams, cybersecurity personnel, and stakeholders to ensure Project Lead TADSS Support Operations capabilities are supportable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise operational needs throughout their lifecycle. * The contractor shall have a detailed knowledge base which includes maintenance, mobile moves, and the analytical skills associated with the Program Management of an aviation platform for rotary wing aircraft.
