Job description

We are looking for a qualified Sales/Logistics support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and vendor queries.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process incoming orders
  • Generate export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists and other international documents
  • Support category manager by assisting in data entry, opportunity tracking and account follow-ups
  • Process supplier invoices

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast pace, performance-based environment, multi-task and maintain several assigned activities simultaneously
  • Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate both verbal and written
  • Problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
  • Organize and prioritize work, to ensure that deadlines are met.
