Job description

Standard Job Description This position is for the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) Level 3 role in support of one or more IFG Production Sustainment contracts. This role will assist the lead ILSM in all Sustainment activities associated within the portfolio. He or She will support requirements for implementation of Support Equipment, Spares, Repairs, Kit Management, Tech Manuals, Training, Material Requirements, Supplier Coordination, Activation, Modification, and Depot Requirements.

This position will also support the creation of internal and external executive-level presentations to ensure messages are communicated correctly and consistently. Additionally, this position will work closely with the Program Management team to ensure comprehensive logistics, sustainment planning, and support requirements meet contractual obligations. Selected individual will actively support regularly scheduled meeting(s) with suppliers and customers and work directly with items analysts, supply chain management (SCM), contracts, pricing, customer representatives and with shipping entities to ensure timely attention, tracking, status of items in repair and/or procurement.

CAM (Cost Account Manager) duties will be required in this role. Role requires constant attention to detail, collaboration, and the individual must be proactive. This is a high visibility position and the individual filling this role must be able to work independently as well as be a team player and be willing to support other team members on proactive basis in any capacity needed.

Identifies customer's system needs and responds to requests for proposals; performs feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, etc.; develops appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.; prepares and presents technical product information to customers. Post-installation and implementation responsibilities include technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to software problems. Basic Qualifications Experience with the F-16 Platform or Similar Platform Demonstrated ability to consistently brief external and internal stakeholders at executive level Advanced organization skills Experience coordinating and tracking issues through resolution and corrective action Experience with F-16 sustainment elements or similar platform

(Spares, SE, CSTOs, Training, etc.) Acquisition and/or proposal process experience. Ability to acquire Secret Clearance CAM and/or EV knowledge Program/Project management experience. Experience with Microsoft Suite of Tools Desired Skills Experience with performance-based metrics and how those metrics relate to sustainment core competencies

USAF maintenance/logistics/supply experience. Knowledge of USAF Sustainment, DOD System Acquisition, and Industry Partnerships. Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement, affordability, adaptability.

Secret Clearance Bachelor's or Above Degree F-16 maintenance experience is desired. Knowledge and experience with international programs Working knowledge of the Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Risk Management, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) process, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)/Integrated Master Plan (IMP). Knowledge of SAP.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
