Job description

The Caesar Rodney School District is accepting applications for a full-time Student Operations Liaison at Caesar Rodney High School. This position is temporary for the 2026-2027 school year and not CBA eligible. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Student Support Personnel Permit. Experience working with secondary students preferred.  

A Student Operations Liaison supports the day-to-day operations of the school by assisting with student-related processes, maintaining accurate records, monitoring attendance and student movement, and coordinating operational needs that support a safe, organized, and efficient school environment.

Key duties may include:

  • Monitoring student attendance, arrival, dismissal, and transitions.
  • Support attendance improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting with student records and operational documentation.
  • Supporting daily schedules, procedures, and school logistics.
  • Responding to student operational concerns and directing issues appropriately.
  • Assisting staff with implementation of school procedures and protocols.
  • Supporting school events, activities, and other operational needs.
  • Maintaining an organized and orderly student environment.
  • Monitor and report operations-based data as needed.
     


SALARY:  In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.

  • Individuals must provide official transcripts, if applicable, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
  • All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
  • Anyone offered employment is required to provide the following:  proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver's License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of I-9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
