Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute logistics strategies that support Hyper's manufacturing and customer delivery operations
  • Manage domestic and international transportation including LTL, FTL, expedited, air, ocean, and project-based freight

  • Develop logistics plans supporting large-scale data center deployments and phased customer deliveries
  • Coordinate delivery schedules for critical power infrastructure including switchboards, PDUs, STS, transformers, busway, circuit breakers, and related equipment

  • Establish and monitor logistics KPIs including on-time delivery, freight cost, transit performance, and carrier scorecards
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for transportation and logistics issues

Additional Responsibilities

  • Partner with Planning and Inventory teams to optimize inventory positioning and replenishment strategies
  • Support warehouse operations and efficient material movement across the supply chain network
  • Contribute to Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) by providing logistics capacity and transportation insights
  • Participate in customer meetings and executive reviews to support project delivery planning
  • Develop contingency plans for transportation disruptions and supply chain risks
  • Manage freight claims, damage investigations, and recovery activities
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, international shipping requirements, and trade compliance standards
  • Support tariff mitigation strategies and global sourcing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution management
  • Experience managing transportation providers, freight contracts, and warehouse operations
  • Strong ERP experience, preferably NetSuite or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations
  • Experience in data center infrastructure, mission-critical infrastructure, electrical equipment manufacturing, or industrial equipment
  • Experience managing both domestic and international logistics operations
  • APICS, CSCMP, CLTD, PMP, or similar professional certification
  • Experience with transportation analytics and logistics performance reporting

What Success Looks Like

  • Customers consistently receive products on time and in accordance with project schedules
  • Freight costs are optimized while maintaining high service levels
  • Warehouse inventory accuracy and inventory flow support operational efficiency
  • Carrier performance and logistics KPIs consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Transportation risks are proactively identified and mitigated
  • Cross-functional teams have confidence in logistics planning and execution to support business growth

Why Hyper?

At Hyper, you'll play a critical role in supporting the logistics network behind mission-critical infrastructure projects across North America.
