- Accurately pick and build production kits using standard Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Identify BOM errors and communicate with appropriate parties for correction.
- Deliver picked inventory to production areas and respond to urgent parts requests.
- Participate in quality assurance for parts requiring inspection.
- Maintain organized stock and shelving; collaborate with Pickers, Receivers, and Inventory on improvements.
- Support general shop organization, including sorting, waste removal, scrap handling, and other 5S tasks.
- Operate powered equipment such as picking vehicles, pallet jacks, and carts.
- Assist transport drivers with unloading, handling, and stocking inbound/outbound materials.
- Sort inventory and return unused parts to stock.
- Coordinate delivery of palletized stock with other teams.
- Support shop projects involving maintenance, assembly, disposal, facility improvements, and material movement.
- Stage bulk items for production kits (e.g., boxes, shaped glass, lamp shades).
- Assist with box audits and preparation for production flow.
- Respond to production signals for kit flow throughout the day.
- Move materials manually or using tubs, crates, carts, and pallet jacks.
- Stock demand materials upon delivery and report discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts for glass, chain, and bulk stock at ARC.
- Monitor and restock vending‑machine inventory; report discrepancies.
- Submit replenishment orders for departmental supplies and restock upon receipt.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Assist in balancing inventory counts in MRP systems, research discrepancies, and provide feedback to the Inventory Department.
- Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and physically track down stock to ensure counts are correct.
- Learn and become familiar with Bill-Of-Materials (BOMs), Job Routings, and CAD print reading so adjustments can be recommended and/or made as needed.
