What does a logistics purchasing assistant do?

A Logistics Purchasing Assistant supports the procurement and supply chain activities of a company by assisting with order processing, supplier communication, and inventory management. They help source materials or products, compare prices and vendors, prepare purchase orders, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
