Job description

As Office Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day logistics of the office, including supplies, mail, vendor coordination, and visitor services, to keep the office running smoothly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and inventory, placing orders and tracking usage.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors on maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
  • Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings, including setup and catering coordination.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional office experience.
  • Support new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup and access badges.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating office events and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records related to office operations, vendor invoices, and service contracts.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in an office support or coordination role; commercial real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and respond promptly to shifting priorities.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
