Position Overview

We’re seeking a Project Manager with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and hands‑on experience in fast‑paced environments to support our project management team in delivering top‑tier retail graphics solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry experience in print production, logistics, and client coordination while contributing to high‑profile retail campaigns in the beauty, fashion, and cosmetics space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help manage timelines, production schedules, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of graphic materials
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments (prepress, print, finishing, and logistics) and external vendors as needed
  • Maintain and update project trackers and job documentation for accuracy and clarity
  • Assist in quality control reviews, packaging coordination, and proof approvals
  • Coordinate data entry for orders and maintain accurate client records
  • Help ensure projects meet brand standards and client expectations in quality, delivery, and design
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
  • Communicate updates, issues, and project milestones with clients and internal teams
  • Assist with special requests, sample requests, and ad‑hoc client needs
