What You'll Do

  • Lead complex construction projects from planning to closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to specifications.
  • Coordinate federal building logistics, including access control, deliveries, sequencing, and secure facility protocols.
  • Manage multi-trade scheduling and oversee MEP and finish trades to ensure aligned execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze schedules using Primavera P6; manage documentation through Procore.
  • Maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and produce regular executive-level status reports.
  • Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and continuously drive field productivity improvements.
  • Oversee subcontractors and self-perform crews, ensuring safety, quality, and contract compliance.
  • Lead and develop teams of PMs and engineers, setting clear expectations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (estimating, sales, supply chain, accounting) to support project success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on construction experience with federal or government contracts.
  • Experience working in secured federal facilities with an understanding of building security requirements.
  • Strong background in logistics planning, multi-trade coordination, and field sequencing.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Procore.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of self-perform work and subcontractor integration.
  • Extensive experience managing MEP systems and Finishes.
