The Integrated Logistics Senior Project Manager holds a senior-level position within the Integrated Logistics organization. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders across key areas, including Customer, KN Process & Systems, Operations, and Business Management & LSPs.

How you create impact

Project Execution:

  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium projects and ensure delivery according to agreed scope and standards.
  • Lead implementation projects in alignment with global and regional project management methodologies and risk control frameworks.
  • Supporting Lead Project Manager in case of regional project support.

Project Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Providing management level project updates for internally and externally.
  • Interacting with stakeholders on the side of customer and LSPs, addressing issues,

Project Accountability:

  • Ensure effective resource coordination and project execution aligned with FY corporate standards.
  • Driving optimization of implementation budgets, leveraging on experience, oversight cross multiple projects.

Budget and Timeline Management:

  • Ensure delivery of projects within budget and on schedule, addressing and resolving any deviations related to scope, budget, or timelines.
  • Ensue Change requests are raised in case of deviations from agreed SOW

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare all required documents throughout the implementation lifecycle, including the Project Charter during initiation and the Business Requirements Document (BRD) in the Plan & Design phase, as outlined in the FY Implementation Toolbox.
  • Maintain accurate and timely project reporting.
  • Facilitating lessons learned sessions and actively applying knowledge to next projects.

What we would like you to bring
  • Master's level, ideally in Logistics or Supply chain management
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in Project & Program Management
  • Proven knowledge and experience with all modes of transport
  • Demonstrated analytical - numeric /quantitative and process / qualitative - skills and awareness
  • Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders also in a virtual environment.
  • Capable to manage projects on his/her own
  • Proven experience in full life cycle project management, including working on one or more small-to-medium scale general, business, supply chain, logistics and system implementation project(s)
  • Familiarity with or exposure to different project management methodologies and frameworks, including Prince2, PMI's PMBOK, etc. is preferred
  • Very good time management skills, ability to fulfil critical tasks in time, to keep deadlines and to set priorities.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
