We bring concrete to life - creating high-end architectural precast products for iconic commercial and industrial projects across the Midwest. We are growing and seeking a Project Manager with experience in architectural precast, general contracting, or manufacturing project management, to join our team of builders, thinkers, and doers.
If you thrive on coordination, communication, and leading a project from blueprint to delivery, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
As our Project Manager, you'll be the central hub between clients, consultants, engineers, production, and internal teams. You'll own the full lifecycle of projects - from kickoff to delivery - ensuring timelines, drawings, decisions, and deliveries are perfectly aligned.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Driving project coordination after award - managing schedules, submittals, repairs, and delivery dates
  • Leading client and consultant communications - you are the main point of contact
  • Overseeing design management - ensuring accuracy and quality of shop drawings and piece details
  • Tracking progress with clarity and purpose - no missed steps, no missed deadlines
  • Driving change orders, RFIs, and mock-up approvals with speed and precision
  • Ensuring fabrication and erection logistics are flawlessly executed
  • Attending production meetings and championing schedule alignment across departments
