How You Will Make a Difference:
  • Establish routing for all deliveries to wholesale accts to include: off site deliveries, and peak season special programs.
  • Support all outbound logistics and transportation related activities, in support of wholesale.
  • Ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to maximize sales, market share and profit for the company and customer.
  • Provide support to DTC, Operations/Distribution and Customer Service teams.
  • Assist with transportation oversight and resolve tactical issues.
  • Foster and develop strong partner relationships with logistics, DC Operations, Customer Service and Wholesale partners.
  • Support with carrier routing table maintenance and transportation configurations in PkMS.
  • Research vendor related charge backs and maintain compliance.
  • Support DC's and business units with international/export shipment documentation and routing.
  • Ad hoc logistics reports and projects as assigned.
  • Ensuring routing, scheduling and PkMS routing table processes are executed correctly to prevent errors that could result in chargebacks.
  • Develop and maintain customer routing guides with key points for daily routing requests, ensuring documents are consistently updated and accessible.

Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+ years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of advanced excel skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge and experience with domestic outbound routing and working with 3PL carriers.
  • Knowledge of tracking, tracing shipment reconsignment/return and storage/redelivery.
  • Knowledge of outbound logistics and carrier operations.
  • Possess a general working knowledge of operations management systems AS400 & SAP.
  • Possess an ability to work in a team environment in pressure situations within changing demands and time constraints.
