What Will I Do?

    • Lead by example how to sell residential HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Plumbing, and Electrical systems. 
    • Develop sales training materials for use within HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments. 
    • Create and lead sales classes with groups of 12-15 Technicians. 
    • Recruit, train, and retain Sales Technicians. 
    • Motivate, manage, and discipline Technicians. 
    • Review and Approve Technician time and payroll. 
    • Manage key financial objectives (gross profit, operating profit, etc.). 
    • Address customer complaints related to field operations. 
    • Oversee all subcontract charges and material charges. 
    • Any other duties as required by management team. 

Do I have What it Takes?

    • High school diploma or equivalent. 
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree or combination of education and experience 
    • Minimum of 5 yearsโ€™ experience training HVAC Technicians to sell residential HVAC systems. 
    • NATE certification a plus. 
    • Bi-lingual with English and Spanish a plus. 
    • Knowledge of fleet dispatch and logistics is a plus.
